You should be an engineer / MBA with at least 4 years work experience. This could be in market research, sales, marketing, corporate planning, finance or consulting. Entrepreneurs welcome too. You should possess good analytical skills, business understanding and have excellent presentation & communication skills.

You should be self-driven, possess abundant enthusiasm for information collection, be a team player and have good communication skills.
