An Engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Ravichandar is a treasure chest of vast knowledge and expertise. You can frequently see him sharing his experience and mentoring many start ups on a pro bono basis to keep abreast of market developments
Passionate about urban issues, Ravichandar is the Chief Evangelizer of City Connect, an inclusive platform for better cities driven by Corporates and catalysed by CII. He frequently pens his thoughts as a Columnist on civic issues in several publications.
Ravichandar lives an interesting mix of roles, both in the Professional domain and in the sphere of Individual Social Responsibility.
Saroj has over 25 years of industry experience in Finance, Corporate planning, Research and Consulting. Saroj’s work experience comprises of serving a wide variety of global and national clients.
Saroj has been associated with Feedback for the past 18 years in various capacities, the last of which was as CEO till March 2011. She is currently Vice Chairperson & Chief Mentor. In this role she will guide the CEO and Feedbackers while also leading Feedback’s foray into assisting the social sector through its Foundation. Saroj has played a major role in the growth of Feedback over the years.
At Feedback, Saroj has overseen several engagements across various business sectors including Infrastructure, Engineering, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and Construction. These engagements involved developing entry strategies, business plans, financing of new ventures, market assessments, partner identification and location identification. Saroj has also been Instrumental in developing HR, quality control and knowledge management systems at Feedback.
Though Saroj is a Science graduate with an MBA from IIM Bangalore, her interests are rooted in history. She enjoys travelling across the country and abroad, primarily to historical places. Her allied interests include understanding the Hindu religion and Vedic scriptures. She does not miss out on an opportunity to help the underprivileged, especially children and senior citizens.
With over 22 years’ experience, Shankar has served a wide spectrum of clients both national and international.
A BE graduate from Bangalore University, Shankar is responsible for assessing market opportunities in India and various other parts of the world, advising clients on investment climates in India and select countries in the sub-continent.
Shankar has been an integral part of all strategic engagements involving setting up new business operations in India. In the recent years, he has played a key role in bringing together partnerships between Indian and International firms. Shankar has worked across industry sectors and brings a strong strategic perspective to client engagements. In recognition of his work at Feedback and his potential, he is now tasked with leading Feedback to deliver superior services to its clients.
In his spare time, he teaches in management schools and enjoys mentoring students. He has recently gone back to playing his first love, cricket. He is part of a league team in Mumbai and helps his team win matches over the week end against more fancied opponents.
Rajashree has grown into a valuable member of Team Feedback since joining the firm in 1994. Till recently she was head of the Market Feedback Division that was responsible for all engagement delivery in the market opportunity assessment space. From April 2011, she is responsible for setting up Feedback’s capability centre focused on scaling up operations in a sustainable, high quality manner.
Rajashree has worked with leading Indian and international firms. She has helped firms in business transformation, product portfolio redesign, emerging markets strategy and competitive analysis. Her key focus sectors include Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction and Electronics.
Having boundless energy, Rajashree has varied hobbies and interests ranging from travelling (Norway being her favourite so far), watching movies (old and new, all languages) to singing (Indian classical).
Chandramouli has played a vital role in setting up the Customer division at Feedback in 2006. Under his guidance, the division has made a difference to many of Feedback’s clients. It has served over 100 clients and undertaken over 250 engagements under Chandramouli’s leadership.
An engineering graduate from Calicut University, along with an MBA from Pondicherry University, Chandramouli was instrumental in conceptualizing and designing Feedback’s home grown customer satisfaction model, which primarily integrates customer satisfaction, loyalty, advocacy and value for money to derive a single index for the client which can be tracked year on year.
An avid art enthusiast and a great fan of classical music, Chandramouli has performed for various radio stations including All India Radio Pondicherry, Chennai and Thrissur. His violin skills are a joy to behold.
Devendranath leads a 30+ team of consultants who are experienced in the area of strategic consulting and in-depth Industrial / B2B market research engagements in India and other countries. His area of expertise lies in strategic engagements involving investment opportunities in India. He has been involved with opportunity assessment for over 600 engagements, stakeholder studie, and scripting scope for client offerings and products.
A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Devendranath’s experience includes PV manufacturing and purchase functions at BHEL and RES Photovoltaic Ltd. He has over 16 years of experience at Feedback and has advised a host of Indian and international corporations in the Energy and Renewables business of Biomass Power, Distributed Power Plants, Wind Energy, Energy from Municipal Solid Waste, Solar PV and Solar Water Heaters. While the energy sector is his forte, Devendranath has also worked across industry sectors at feedback. He was earlier responsible for setting up and overseeing the Quality and Training function at Feedback. As head of Quality, he oversaw all the work done by Feedbackers for clients across Industry sectors.
Devendranath is energy personified. He is an avid reader of current affairs and an arm chair follower of cricket matches including the Indian Premier League.
Sachin is a key delivery leader of Market Feedback. Sachin has 12 years of industry experience across Infrastructure, IT and Research based Consulting. Sachin joined Feedback in 2002 and since then he has grown into a major contributor at Feedback.
Sachin's core industry focus has been the Metals sector. He has led or served on a number of major client service teams in India. He has been extensively involved in Steel sector clients with infrastructure, machinery and equipment supply, iron, steel making and value added downstream product manufacturing and supply interests. Sachin has worked on several acquisitions and due diligence reviews in the Steel and Aluminium value added product sectors. He plays an advisory role in projects assisting entry strategies across the various sectors. He has also had exposure to a cross section of industries including Construction and Infrastructure sectors, Energy, Chemicals, Plastics,Telecom etc.
Sachin was on board LivingSteel programme (a WSA initiative to promote steel across residential construction across the world) coordinating various research work across different countries.
Sachin is a graduate in Engineering from NITK, Suratkal and a PGDBM (Systems) from Mumbai.
