Ravi Kumar has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources Management. He has worked in different capacities as a Trainer, Recruitment specialist, Key Accounts manager in IT and HR Consulting companies and also as a Resource person and Family Counselor in an NGO. He has rich experience in Conceptualizing, Designing and Deploying HR processes and policies. 

He has been with Feedback for over 9 years. He has been instrumental in designing HR management systems in Feedback. He has also helped Feedback Clients in Organization restructuring, policy formation and in recruiting key positions.  

A Management graduate, passionate about researching on Indian history, travelling, photography, pointillism and Painting.
